That is not an error. The target of the opencl_proxyminer is 24XXXXXX but the difficulty target of the current block is at 2EXXXXXX on average, that's why you get "Error: Proof of work is higher than target payload:poolpo"
That means 2 shares at 24XXXXXX will solve a block at 25XXXXXX, 4 shares on 26XXXXXX and so on. Its like your own pool, submitting small shares until you find the exact nonce that is higher than target for the block.

That error means that your miner sent a low diff share, that is actually does not solve the block.
Probably some guys in the thread can help you with advice what software did they use for solomining.
