Actually HitBTC is performing maintance on 40-70 (incl. ADA, ARDR, BCC, MCO, NEO, PCL and many others) of their 303 assets listed without any ETA of finalization.

This is routine maintenance that's why they put it down to make deposit or withdraw but there is nothing wrong soon it will be back online. Mostly hitbtc don't announce this kind of events but it's familiar issue.

I work with peculium on idex regularly without any problem. Why do you keep wasting money and time on centralized exchanges?
the future is for decentralized exchanges and idex is the best

I think it's possible. The project is very ambitious. 1 $ for one PCL token, it's all an increase of 10,000%. Many projects grow much stronger.

The Continuous Coin Offering for April, May and June each will make another 10% of tokens available.
In the last phase of our Continuous Coin Offering the remaining 20% tokens will be made available.
Unsold tokens will be burnt at the end of each phase.
The proof of burning the tokens will be made publicly available.

Thank you for explaine. How many was allocated for ICO? And how many was sold? Unsold tokens from main ICO will be burned as well? Price on main ICO was 1 euro cent? What price will be on each phase of CCO?

As what they have mentioned, the auditing of tokens is still on going due to the fact that there are still investors who have not done their KYC and have not claimed their tokens so those transactions are likely to be considered as pending. Any unsold tokens during the ICO will be offered during the CCO and any unsold tokens after the CCO would be burned. The floor price of each token would still be at 1 euro cent I believe
