It's under the ICO price good chance to buy more at the moment this is just accumulation phase I hope it will rising very soon. Dev is working great and very active to communicate on all progress it seems everything looking positive for the growth of this token.
but the CCO is about to start in two days right? i wonder how will this affect the price of PCL.

CCO is not a public sale as dev explained about this into this phase only big companies will be able to buy this tokens and in the end all unsold tokens will burn after the final round of CCO. I hope price will grow after few days and nice investment could bring positive impact on the growth.
So what they can get in CCO that they couldnt get by only just buying in the market where we all know that price is so cheap. Are they getting more bonuses compared to the first day of binus offered during crowdsale?
