this is what i would like to know. i got some PCL as well from the airdrop and are we also required to defrost our tokens?  and also i would like to ask why do we need to defrost our tokens? i thought we are ready to go, like to send our tokens anytime we want to.

I got some PCL token in last year airdrop which has been in my wallet since then, are we required to do the defrosting thing too?

Are those who received some airdrop last November 2017 are also required to unfreeze this tokens in my MEW?

I suppose we have to do that because the tokens were locked and we can not send them without defrosting?

There is no need to hurry, no timeframe for the defrosting.
So if you want to do as cheap as possible, use an gasprice less then 21 Gwei, feel free to do it.
Gaslimit around 40k should be a good amount. At least it did work out for many already.

I believe so, is just the beginning and too early to start hyping issues with exchanges, i don't think peculium will just use a single exchange to run this project, like i said earlier, they made mention of poloneix, so lets wait and see

What is circulating supply of this token still much hard to understand the statics on dashboard there is really strange. Any news about other exchanges or this will be get listed only on hitbtc?

From my understanding, you will be refunded the method of payment that you used to buy into the ICO to begin with to the original payment address.  Now, it is unclear to me whether or not they will scale the refund to current market prices which could mean a smaller amount coming back to you than when you purchased the coins, but of course the opposite could also be true.

There is still time for exchanges so along with HitBTC there can be Kucoin and/or Binance though difficult to be there will be great. Bittrex has lost its charm after introducing strict self regulations. HitBTC on the other hand isn't becoming friendly after introducing deposit fee injustice way. Anyway for the moment successful fund raising is to be enjoyed.

24th of January 23:55 GMT => close of ICO i.e. close of any sales activity.

24th to 25th of January 23:55 GMT => please submit your IDs for KYC if you want to have the PCL on time (before the 28th of Jan)

28th of January 23:55 GMT => last time to claim your tokens - everyone should have the KYC approved.

from 25th to 28th of Jan, we will process all the manual tasks (refunds, mistakes in number of tokens ...).
We expected have a clear view on the money raised and more important everyone with their tokens before enter in the market.
HitBtc will communicate us when the PCL will be exchangeable, so we will communicate the definite date as soon as possible.

the CCO is our Continuous Coin Offering which will only be open to companies and institutions.

In this stage we will sell 55% of the token supply (+ additional unsold token from the ICO).

All unsold token from the CCO will be burned. 

i see.. but i have visit the site, what does that CCO means that it wil start around march? are they gonna have a round two of token sale? im just confused, can somebody clarify this then?

i think PCL tokens price of ICO is cheap if we look at this project
when project work starts then its value will gain much more value
i hope in the end of 2018 PCL dev team will bring us on good achievements

As per now there is no reason to worry, we (me as a part of their 15-head-community-management on Telegram) did communicate that
"PCL will be listed on HitBTC by the end of January".

In crypto everything can happen, but I had the pleasure to work with this bunch of great people from all over the world many hours a day over weeks and I can promisse: They are legit as hell & I would wonder if it will be the beginning of February...!
