Look at those tiny orders manipualtion,
it's sign that little or medium whale's at PES, buying a bag of cheap coins before halving and end of PoW:)

BTW
Don't worry about price - majority of traders usually waiting till the end of PoW to buy coin, that's why often with the end of PoW and PoS start there're pumps at many coins. Usually traders who's buying when PoW and holding few days/weeks, are able to make the biggest profit:)

Ya I'm not sure about this coin yet, they could deliver, but that line looks like it is obviously not true so far. A professional marketer should be all over this thread but I don't see it.
