That defeats distribution. Board members should play a role some day like mastercoin and rare like Bitcoin. Gateway like ripple or its distribution models like auroracoin. Colored with business logic.
Or we can do it without, its up to the community. Create a poll if you wish. Board members is not something that is a must here.
The team's goal is to bring in more jobs by connecting PHC as the payment option, and offer the community foundational backing from the hiring team.

2. Promotion of translations = 1 PHC for sharing to local language communities (1 PHC per community post)

So what is the timer for if not he coin launch? ALso what is the premine %?

Launch timers will be PHCoin's transparency wheel as we connect with you, the community.
And full disclosure documentation (hence: the distribution and jobs hiring examples) that we can provide.
Most people are thinking in the ball park of 50% premine when it launches
with X11 + K(NGW) for miners to start rewarding themselves more efficiently.
Job stimulation is what the world is missing. Not just the Philippines.

I helped support Auroracoin, I passed on California, Israeli, Germany, and Maza coin, and this will be my 2nd country coin I will support.
This looks like more stable plan than Auroracoin, and Auroracoin had pure luck on its side- since it was the first coin to distribute this way.
I have studied Proof of distribution by Mike S. for the past few days, and I just can't keep my mouth shut, this is a coin to be looking at.
