Any AMD miner that works for x16r (raven) will work for PHL. I am not an AMD miner myself so I am not aware of what the preferred miner is.

Mining it for a couple of weeks now. I like it even more now as I can use my GPU to mine and dont need to rent sha256 on nicehash.
