IMO at this stage focus should be on implementing proposed tech and usability instead of aesthetic changes.

OK guys and gals.. I did end up finding crz that Danonthehill suggested, his work is "Outstanding", but with that quality, comes a cost. a significant one. He has asked for a budget, so I need to guage what everyone thinks.

If you want to see a sample of his work, check out this link;

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sdc-shadowcash-welcome-to-the-umbra-745352

To start he is willing to redesign the the BCT ANN, Coin Logo and Default Wallet Design.

I am sure this would take us to a higher level of professionalism, but I need to hear your thoughts before I create a budgetary proposal for his work.

Crz is a bit out of your league. His design skills would give Darknet an air of legitimacy that a 3-month Dash clone has neither earned nor deserves. My advice, stick with the cheap guy. More your level.

Nice to see the trolls haven't forgotten about us... Thanks for stopping by.. Smiley

When the BTC rocket is starting I will bloodbuying altcoins. DNET buy target is below 150SAT  Cool
So market cap now of 45 BTC, aprox. 20k $. Like PTC, for example, a coin with almost no usage here in Spain and a little development on going.

Well, maybe you are correct, but it seems a very low objetive at least in the short term for me. And if decrease in the POW phase is implemented, more difficult to reach.
The devs are doing their part for this coin, and if you want to help in any capacity, you are more than welcome.

Proposal to save Darknet from inflation

PoW phase with steady block reward is producing too much coins, it is hurting early investors and promotes dumping. Price now is 4x lower than month ago. We need emergency measures to prevent this.

I propose significant reduction of PoW supply and giving biger % reward to masternode owners. It will decrease selling preasure from miners and will support MN owners who are more loyal to Darknet cryptocurrency.
We will have total of 39 960 000 coins at the end of the PoW phase instead of 64 800 000 coins (-24 840 000 coins that could be dumped).

Blocks 1 - 135 000 (94 days, ends by may, 8)
POW reward: 250 DNET
Total supply: 33 750 000

Blocks 135 001 - 259 200 (86 days)
POW reward: 50 DNET (25 to miners and 25 to masternodes)
Total supply: 39 960 000

Blocks 259 200 +

I think most of voters agree this should be settled asap.

Yes. I still hope this will be implemented in terms listed in this proposal.

This is obviously happening. The MNs have spoken.

Hi!

My DNET wallet 1.0.2.1 is not syncing at all, won't even start. I'm on Linux Mint. This is the debug log:

Any help appreciated!

My first question would be ... have you added any addnodes to your darknet.conf file??

No, I haven't.

There's your problem, use the list of addnodes on the OP, and you will be good. The next wallet release will have DNS Seednodes in the wallet, so addnodes won't be required anylonger

Can i run additional masternode on PC with controller wallet?

There is a hard-coded requirement of one dedicated IP address per node, this serves to reduce security risk in the network.

Are the directions still the same for multiple MN's is you've already set up a local with your wallet?

They are not exactly the same, similar. if you look at the OP, the instructions work perfectly. or you could use one of the Node resellers around here, kinda hard to beat $2.
