It's 0.025 ltc.
When you open up your wallet you can see it under "Total Earned". There is a "Note: Minimum payout for this wallet is 0.025 LTC".

I would definitely switch some miners over to test.
Isn't it better to set difficulty at 96 instead of 64 for the D3's though?

I will definitely try this out. As a D3 owner myself this 24 hour estimated is too good to pass out and if the numbers add up you will see a lot of hashing power coming your way.
