I check and can confirm that pool wallet compiled using correct sources. The code updated at 06.03 have client version 0.9.6.0 and protocol version 8007.
Probably blockchain still unstable; I see connected clients with older wallets: 0.9.4.5 and 0.9.5

check miningpoolhub and superNova. its not possible to find all blocks in one single pool. the two pools are on the right chain.
