In case of the coin maintenance, an auto-switch enabled for all miners mine it. All new auto-switch miners updated to the current pool most profitable coin. In this case, user excluded coins settings ignored. As I can see this creates problems for some users.
I apologize if this caused any inconvenience. In the future, I will use a standard algorithm that takes into account the user settings.

This happened again ... for LINDA coin. LINDA was excluded, but I see one transaction where I was mining LINDA. So if you implemented a fix, it's not working correctly.

i had no idea. and i was in/out of this coin alot! took me by surprise. woops.

for more connections, wouldnt you need more ppl with the node open?
(any coin) some just more ppl with the wallet open...
others with the masternode active etc.

Id suggest going to that coins main page, and checking that out. and maybe running the wallet/node

no i mean, when you are setting your Autopay withdraws up, there is some numbers there.
min/max withdraw.
so if you do a Manual withdraw... use those numbers as a guide line for your mp (manual payout)

oops. yes, its still possible to get the attack done to your pool.

however, the fix is in. a fork is happening tomorrow as i understand it.

(my memory fades quick) check the commits etc.
the issue was fixed fast, but it has to be propagated.

(the attacker spent a few thousand bucks to get very little return)

its kinda strange that way.

thats the intial attack. after that, i dont know if the attacker is able to get anything or not, or just mess with network.

is somewhat true. (tho its being said that no pool operator told the dev team)
it was only after miners said something that he looked.

it was only a few successful blocks (wasnt worth their effort)
and is being patched now.

BLZ have huge block time now; as I see time between block up to 30-40 minutes. Seems like coin retarget algorithm can't drop too high difficulty.
Because of this, the block confirmation process takes a week or more.
