I simply get paid in another coin so that I don't have to worry about the high BTC price for transaction.  Then if I want BTC I exchange it myself.  Most exchanges that allow you to payout in Fiat accept other forms of crypto as payment.  Do your research and plan accordingly.

EDIT - I am using "Equihash CPU&GPU Miner for NiceHash v0.5c" obtained from https://github.com/nicehash/nheqminer HEAD commit  (b9900ff8e3c6f8e5a46af18db454f2a2082d9f46).

The miner you're using has not been updated to deal with the other Equihash coins, least of all, Bitcoin Gold.

Nicehash developed/supported/funded miners also don't work anywhere but on NiceHash, though there are older exceptions.

Use EWBF miner for Bitcoin Gold. You can set "--nofee" option.

...or, you could use 'Claymore Zcash/BTG (Equihash)' miner and set the "-nofee 1" option. It's said that without paying the fee "..some recent optimizations are disabled.." but what you lose in 'optomizations' you gain in not wasting time switching between your pool-to fee pool-to your pool. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/claymores-zcashbtg-amd-gpu-miner-v126-windowslinux-1670733

just use dstm instead, claymore is crap anyway. Even ewbf with fees is better, again do your own tests.
And claymore uses open source code for 95% of what he is "selling" to people. Really pathetic...

Leaving MPH was the smartest thing I did this month... Too much hash rate disappear (admin ignore all posts about that shady problem), high fees, bad dashboard...

with what coins ?

So far, Ethash and Equihash algos are fine for me.

Suprnova is known for stealing hashrates.

Proof?

maybe they dont steal hashrate but the rewards are mediocre at best. Many other pools are paying more.

Wheres your proof that you get more in suprnova? Beofre asking for proof provide your own

I clearly wrote you get LESS with suprnova. Just see for yourself like I did: Mine coins with 2 identical rigs at the same time and look at the rewards 24 - 48 hours later. Tried it with different coins, Suprnova always paid less than the other ones

Since BTC fee went up awfully lot, what altcoin would be best for autoexchange, as I wish to cash out it as easily as possible.

I'd say ZEC, the withdrawal fee is like $0.06.

1070 ti better only on max power, in mining with stable efficient power both wont much different, so for price wise 1070 is better

In my experience the 1070ti is worth every penny extra.  I have a rig of 8 x 1070's and a rig of 8 x 1070ti's and the latter mine around 10% more than the former.  All overclocked and power limit set to 65%.  The power drawn from the wall is identical. (around 1kw each rig)

wow that's cool if it true, i was tried to compare then decided to build with 6x1070 price wise.
because both have different max TDP, 1070 with 150 watt and 1070ti with 180 watt, so with 65% power limit both card will have 20w different, higher the power will increase the hashrate.
but when in the same watt both card will not make much different, both card on 100w limit will get 4 to 4.2 sol/w efficient.

It depends on the brand implementation.  Both my 1070's and 1070ti's have identical TDP - 180 watts.  So 65% equals the same wattage on both.  This is backed up by the rigs drawing exactly the same power (all other hardware except for the GPUs is identical.)  My 1070ti's are overclocked more because they can handle a much higher overclock. +200 core vs +120.  Whatever the reason, the ti's hash around 10% more than the 1070's while drawing the same power.

Hi all,

Is the "Algo switch mining (Port 17XXX)" feature when using equihash down at the moment? I am able to successfully mine zcash like so:
./nheqminer -cd 0 -t 0 -l us-east1.zcash.miningpoolhub.com:20570 -u usernum.workernum -p x

But as soon as I try this algo switch mining feature I get a variety of different errors, e.g.

./nheqminer -cd 0 -t 0 -l us-east.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:17023 -u usernum.workernum -p x
... gives this error:
stratum | ZcashMiner::parseJob(): Invalid or unsupported block header version

./nheqminer -cd 0 -t 0 -l us-east.equihash.miningpoolhub.com:17023 -u usernum.workernum -p x
... gives this error:
stratum | resolve: Host not found (authoritative)

./nheqminer -cd 0 -t 0 -l us-east.miningpoolhub.com:17023 -u usernum.workernum -p x
... gives this error:
stratum | resolve: Host not found (authoritative)

Any ideas? Maybe I'm just using the wrong URL?

Well now it will take even longer to reach the previous 0.002 BTC min withdrawal.

BTC from 0.002 to 0.0028
Fee from 0.0003 to 0.0008 yes that will be  from $4.65 to $12.40.
...
Oh well.

I understand the fee increase as BTC is terrible for high fees.

ugh... that sucks.

Would be nice if you'd enable BTC->exchange, at least for a while...

+1 on this. i have like 70$ in btc and i dont want to withdraw it because of the fee..
id love to turn it into anything else..
Yes, we need a way to exchange from BTC to anything else. It should not be unreasonable to do it since the exchanges obviously allow selling bitcoin. The exchanges are not one directional.

Hi miners why does not the specified amount according to my mh/s power or does it take too long?

Is there a question somewhere in there?
