MiningPoolHub Notice

Auto exchange on Cryptsy is all stopped. (Cryptsy is not doing withdrawal properly these days)
Auto switch/exchange is done only for Bittrex supported coins.

Is there any reliable exchange sites? We will add them.

Poloniex?

OK. I heard this exchange site long ago. I think it's reliable.
I will investigate the API and add it soon.

I mined Digibyte (skein alghorithm) on Mining Pool Hub. This pool stole my coins. Yesterday I had about 65,000 coins, now I have 45,538 coins. Where my coins? Over 4,4 days, I earned only 45,538 coins on 4 amd 280x.
I think you are saying 65,000 including unconfirmed blocks.

We have write things about unconfirmed blocks problem.

Issues about Digibyte hardfork is all resolved now.
Sorry that it took some time. Many things had to be done manually.

1. The wallet file was corrupted due to hardfork.
Actually the wallet file was not broken but some data was out of sync and we couldn't send DGB due to double spending problem.
(Already spent coins were marked as unspent and wallet was failed to send any coins at that time)
reindexing didn't help and we had to restore from latest backed up file and rebuilt the blockchain.
I think it can be resolved by manually exporting, removing, and reimporting private key but at this time, but we just did the faster, safer way.

2. All invalid withdrawals are sent.
There were payouts after the hardfork, and we checked every transactions and sent them.
Yes, you've got whole DGB which were credited on your transaction page whether or not that was the valid block.
We are doing this to compensate the late hardfork.
There were some email asking about missing withdrawals. I'm sure your coins are already in your wallet now.

3. Digibyte on auto exchange sites.
I don't know much about internal work of Cryptsy but it is saying that Digibyte wallet is under maintenance mode at this moment.
Cryptsy wallet status page - https://www.cryptsy.com/pages/status
So coins sent to Bittrex will be auto exchanged normally, but Cryptsy auto exchange would need more time.
Of course, whole DGB you mined even after the hardfork will be auto exchanged. We are in charge for auto exchange too.

4. Sorry that we don't pay for unconfirmed blocks during hardfork. Only confirmed blocks are paid.
We can give you coins even for unconfirmed blocks (to compensate) but it makes things very complicated at this point.
We already flushed "found blocks data" after the hardfork block height 1430000 and piled up new block data to prevent db corruption.
So, we can't get things back as those data are already lost.
If you ask for your DGB that you might mined, then please tell us. We will send you directly.

5. We are not greedy
Sorry for late wallet update, but we wanted to compensate and do our best to recover.
We have ran pool more than 1 and half year.
We don't steal. We are not thieves.

Thank you.

Miningpoolhub Notice.

Digibyte hardforked at block 1430000.
Sorry that we were late for Digibyte hardfork. Hardfork happened few hours ago but we didn't know.

We updated the wallet and had to reindex whole digibyte blockchain from scratch to flush many orphaned blocks.

1. We temporarily switched all digibyte mining shares to myriadcoin when digibyte wallet was preparing for reindexing.
So, who were mining digibyte would have got some myriadcoin credited on their balances page.

2. We have treated orphaned blocks as normal confirmed blocks and already credited DGB to your account.
Basically we give you DGB even it was invalid blocks. We're sure that you'd have got more DGB than usual. (Because difficulty was lower)
DGB that is on auto exchange features will be treated as normal coin as well, but it needs time since we have to check and treat them manually.

Currently, all issues are resolved.
Sorry for inconvenience. Thank you for your support.

is it normal?

Quote
[2015-12-03 15:37:09] Stratum difficulty set to 32768
[2015-12-03 15:37:09] job 660534e 11b1 target change: 1fffe (32768.0)
[2015-12-03 15:37:09] GPU #0: start=00000000 end=00ffffff range=00ffffff

Yes, the difficulty value will decrease automatically as time passes.
Most pools don't have difficulty decreasing ability when their difficulty value spiked, but our pool detects and lower down if you don't submit any shares within certain interval.
It is simple adjusting method to detect your hardware's hash speed as fast as possible.

If you know your miner's optimized difficulty value for our pool, then set it at your worker password. If your optimized difficulty is 64, then put

d=64

at your worker password. Pool will start from that value and adjust from that.

Thanks.

is it true to say that all your coin's have the same "probability and mathmatics" formula applied to get the coin/day figure ?

I think I have done things correctly for all coins.

Can anyone tell me why the "coin/day" figure shown in the pool stats is correct for some coins and then so very very wrong for other coin's ?

cheers

It is probability and mathmatics. There can be huge difference between expected return and real mining.

Anyway what coins are very very wrong? I would check if something's are misconfigured.

if i mine at the UFO pool it say's i will get 10 ufo/day when really i get like 200000+ ,,, same with the FTC pool the figures seem way way low

but if i use START pool the figures are very surprisingly  accurate

I found that one variable was missed at expected coin amount calculation on pool page for some algo.

Fixed it.
Is it near the expected amount now?

yes  i see a difference now thanks ,,,

You're welcome.
have a nice day!

Got a problem with share I do believe ... seems like my share does not go up properly. For example I was mining secure coin shares stayed at 0 although I found a block ( gengid )... Seems like pplns shares are computing and are exchanged but stats on the panel does not compute expected and such.

How are these calculated ? The shares/s on the dash board seem really low as well I would suspect something is stuck.

Hi
Actually the numbers you wonder is like 0.00152151215
Since share difficulty for quak algorithm is very small for historical reason, we didn't try to multiply this value but had set just same as miner's submitting share's difficulty level.

So, every share is calculated correctly and distributed by contribution exactly. Only the display number is truncated to decimal value.
