Sorry for any inconveniences encountered with any pool issues.

For the more reliable earning estimates, I would recommended to refer to 24h estimated and 24h actual data at the pool. To maximize earnings using any profit switching software you should use current estimate. However it is indeed changing as network difficulties and coin prices do.

He's actually quite active on the Discord servers dedicated to zergpool.
(During his waking hours)

Someone did ask the same questions but it hasn't been answered yet.

He will never answer the questions as he don't wanna reveal the dark secret he has in the pool. The real question is to yourself asking who in the world makes things for free???

Zergpool 0% fee = stealing 25% of hash + some coins (you better watch)

I quit after the payment and never come back to this scam.

For all of you... feel free to used it if you wanna be robed. If Zergpool honestly charge fee or fix some issues after report, then I would be comfortable to use it. Now my trust is gone....

I was just doing some calculations on RVN block counts - supernova has about 33% of x16r nethash and got about the same percentage of blocks in the last hour.
However, zergpool only got 30 blocks in the last 48 hours, rather than the expected 40 given it's hash rate, which is only 75% of expected.
I've seen the same low block count on other yiimp based pools, so I wonder if there's something up in the code.
I guess that's confirmed by the pool 24hr estimate being 0.02733 (was pretty constant all day) but the 24hr actual only being 0.02017, which is 73% of the estimate

Sure does. I would advise everyone look at their wallets to make sure there isnt coins slipping off of their account. I know for a fact those coins were there 3 days ago when I posted it. My balance has dropped several times. So has other people's wallets. Walks like a duck.....It probably stole your damn bread crumbs. It makes perfect sense that this 0% pool is not making anyone but him and a few randos (hmmm) money. I mean, its a bit odd he claims the wallet has been down for a coin I wasnt even asking about but he was mining it anyway on our bill. People should take what they will from this but I would stay far away from here. Nothing but wrong since I started.

I always keep different wallet address for different pools on a few test rigs and I compare BTC payments and it seems that zergpool income with 0% is a lot less than ahashpool income for 24hours on an identical rig with identical settings wit a different wallet address.

So, It is mandatory for everybody of you to do the same and only use the pool with the best real BTC payment, not the pool with the best statistics because you are loosing around 20% from your own money.

Really nothing more to be said. All the evidence is there. If people dont want to listen to it, or see it for themselves, then its their loss really.

"a fool and his money are easily parted"..

I did my research and was disgusted at what I was seeing. Thats just me though. Its not like he even bothered to answer the question initially (responded about space coin for lord knows why), or even up until now. Says a lot. Im disappointed in Awesome Miner that its included in their package. They are the whole reason I found out about this pool in the first place.

What coin/algo you're doing? Can you show your statistics on zp and ahp?

I was trying to set up sniffdog, but I always get a "no pool" error, and I cannot see any more info.

There is something I'm missing? Is a standalone version? or do I need to put it over MPM...

Try latest version - https://github.com/Sniffdog/Sniffdogminer

Yep, that's the one I was using, thanks. This is my last log:

Change Location US to Europe and try it again. It work's in the zergpool. However zpool may be another settings... Your configuration file for pool.ca? Why is the pool specified zergpool? Location US -PoolName zpool

Thx for answering. MPM is my first multi-algo swich. What I like is that is open source and is easily modificable. Haven't tried other's, but it might worth having a look. One thing that annoys me is the fact the is obsessed with lyra and prefers doing that algo over others more profitable. I'd like to know if this is because it's "learning" or is some kind of bias

Those I mentioned are also open source and easily modifiable, since they forked MPM at some time and then went on and did their own thing.

I thought I'd try zergpool after mining for some days in ahashpool so I could compare the two.

But for the time being I'm seeing very large gaps between the earnings (always compared to ahashpool for example).

Here is my status page: http://zerg.zergpool.com/?address=17N1zFK3SaeMx2m4a4s1pUKkiWmf6wfoJP

Hi. This is my theory about the gaps: they are because no blocks were found by the pool in that time. Happens when some low coin has a sudden drop in diff, but the pool is doesn't get any block, and when diff rises and changes work, this is some kind of working time loss (still you retain some shares for that coin, that will be there for next block found).

In the meantime, I had a look at your account and could see some interesting things. For the algos I've been mining, I think I have a bit more hashrate than you (sib, nist5, neoscrypt), right now I'm testing other algos. But your switching is clearly better than mine.
May I ask what software are you using? I'm trying Multipoolminer right now. I've read that profit depends on for how long has been running... Can anyone confirm this? Also I'd like to know about your rig. I'm with 4x1080 and 1x1080ti, standar OC settings (65%,+150,+500).

About 1.3 mbtc (a bit more) I was expecting in 24h, but barely made 1.1... I'd like to know about ahaspool too, didn't look very well for me when I had a look.

I really hope you can help with this, thanks.

Hi. Interesting explanation but I'd like to here from the pool admin himself!

As for my rig, it's a 9x1070 one. My OC settings are 95%,+100,+400 - seems to be the most stable for non-Ethereum mining.

For the software, I was using the Zergpool modified SniffDogMiner. I've tried MultiPoolMiner but don't like that I can't see the miner windows in the latest versions.

Basically, all the multi-algo switching software (SniffDogMiner, NemosMiner, etc.) are based on MPM by aaronsace with their own modifications, but I can't say which one is better.

And I haven't yet tried NemosMiner!
