by voting, we will not be able to enter the new exchange.  Dev must work in this matter. and it will be a milestone for the development of the project and the entry of a higher level. because marketing is very weak. People must belive in this project and Dev should give them some reason fo belive

Please don't go to C-Cex.com That site is ran by crooks! They went away on so called "vacation" for a whole month, and have said nothing since their return, yet many people don't have access to their coins... Including myself. Your coin might lose value if it goes on C-Cex...

Is this project still active? i'd like to invest some of my money in this coin. Also, is it true that this coin will be used at the Tokyo Olympic in 2020?
I find this altcoin is quite interesting. Really hope someone could help me with the answers! thank you.

lol I would demand an official verification of that. I can't see how TokyoCoin could play any role at the Tokyo Olympics yet.

🐝Explorer bug🐝
🏵🏵🏵🏵🏵
There is a bug in iquidus explorer, which results discarded transactions to be presented in explorer.
When block appears in blockchain, database updates with its txes, but if block becomes orphaned, changes will not rolles back.
Simple workaround is to avoid processing lastest  blocks in update database process. This leads explorer tardiness for a bit (currently for 3 blocks), but explorer becomes absolutely accurate.
Now this solution tests on https://tokyocoin.xyz - if you find any deviations with your balances in explorer, please report to @tokyocoingroup or in main bitcointalk thread of tokc https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annpostokc-tokyocoin-new-pos-algorithm-free-airdrops-2256367

I saw Tokyocoin in the website for Coinmarketcap. I would like to know if having the coin listed in that site would have any effect in making the coin more well known. I am not sure whether that will boost prestige or popularity.

It does indeed have an effect as the traffic on the website is tremendous. Most people new to crypto know that website and get their first info about all the coins in existence from that website.

I held out little hope of TOKC at first, because there are a lot of airdrops, and the listing price is very low. I have been open wallet to POS, until recently to see the prices on the yobit a lot rise, to my surprise., my TOKC should have a good income, i'm a very lucky man.

Hi guyz plz I remember that I got tokyocoin airdrop last year but have not touched it till now.
Is there any important update I have missed?? Like coinswap or any other thing??
Thanks in advance for the prompt reply

EDIT: Infact I have never opened the wallet to even check whether I got the airdrop then. I am hoping I got the coins then..I will be happy if I see it

Better check your wallet. If you know the address, check it via explorer.

Nothing special atm. Masternodes soon and listed on coinmarketcap. Hold your coins till 2020. Or let it stake.

Burn Event on January 11th

Wallet for Mac released
https://github.com/tokyocoindev/tokyocoinsrc/releases/download/1.1/tokyocoin-mac1.1.zip

Information
Tokyo coin is created for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympic in 2020.
10% of the annual revenue of this coin will be donated to the Olympic and Paralympic.
We plan to implement a masternode, and to the master node owner
After the Olympic, we plan to implement a mechanism that allocates 10% of the contribution.

Tokyo coin is building block chain services in Japan.
At the present stage, I am aiming to start a block chain business as a means of payment available in Japan in 2018.
Also, by the start of the Olympic, we are targeting a settlement measure of 5000 stores in central Tokyo, and we have that connection.
I would like to make it as one of payment methods that people coming to Japan from abroad can easily use.

The master node requires 5,000,000 coins.
The master node is scheduled for the end of January 2018 to the beginning of February.
We will announce soon.

Wallet for Mac,Wallet for mobile soon.

  How to stake coins?
   1) First you need a balance, to stake.
   2) Leave your wallet open, don't spend your coins.
   3) You can reserve certain amount of coins to stake, under "settings > options" in wallet GUI
   4) Coins start staking after holding for 8 hours.  Passively.

Why I didn't Receive my Airdrop Coins?
   1) You did not Message a valid TokyoCoin address
   2) You did not Message at all.

As the OP announced, 5,000,000 coins for one masternode.

For some reason my wallet has been crashing for the past week.  I get the following error:

Quote
MinGW Runtime Assertion

Assertion failed!

Program:
C:\Users.... file path to wallet
File: src/kernel.cpp, Line 368

Expression: pindex->pprec ll pindex->GetBlockHash() == (!fTestNet ? hashGenesisBlock : hashGenesisBlockTestNet)

Any clues?

Anyone else have this problem?

I deleted the wallet entirely and reinstalled.  Its working now.
