Oh, I admire so much enthusiasm and that someone has so much free time to deal with this coin. 
As far as I remember, TOKC was functional and even had a solid group of supporters until it went out in the Yobit scam investment program. Probably the biggest holders made a perfidious exit scam and thus withdrew money unnoticed and left this coin.
btw. What is the purpose of keeping this coin alive?

You need to fix Certificate on this tokyocoin.xyz domain. it's nothing critical, but a new user gets a warning when he accesses it, so it seems risky.
I think I still have a wallet file somewhere with some value of this coin. Now is worth less than 1 satoshi
as far as I remember, he went under when he appeared in the Yobit scam investment scheme.Surprised the network is still chugging along. At this point it's more about nostalgia than money, but anything is possible.

A few weeks back I checked on my old Tokyocoin wallet and was surprised that it is actually syncing. I never thought that after all these years of not hearing anything from it I am suddenly seeing that coin alive and staking. My only concern is about the so called bootstrap I saw in the telegram chat. Will the developer be able to guarantee that this is a safe file? My win 10 computer keeps on blocking the download. What is it for if I already have the original wallet up and running?
