You need a solid exchange to ease trade between people. Keep in mind the dev team has only a small .6% of the supply. Possitive price action will naturally facilitate future development. You could try using TradeOgre. It should be operational in the US. Other than that, there should be a Bisq listing in the next few days.
We are currently revising the White Paper for grammar and formality, but thank you for your positive feedback on it! We are trying to get the IPFS integration out early.

I had the problem initially in windows 10, but I finally sorted it out some time ago. Though now I cannot exactly remember how to sort it out. But It seems remembered to the file of stellite.exe in the daemon. So what I did seem to copy this file of satellite.exe from the daemon and then pasted into the GUI wallet folder. after his, open your wallet using red-log of stellite file in your wallet. Hope this help.
