Right. Cold staking will go live on the Callisto Network after Hard fork #1, November 11, 2018

I forget that every wallet that supported by CEW can store callisto. We just access it through CEW.

EOS.IO file system relies on EOS block producers which should maintain the storage. Since there are no block producers in Callisto, it was decided to allocate part of the Treasury budget for the payment to IPFS-host-nodes which will maintain storage at Callisto.
