I have installed the gui wallet (it looks cool btw) and got the receive address which I used to mine from pool https://supportshg.com/, which is now saying they have paid to my address about 400 coin, but in my wallet the balance is showing 0.00000.

Why?

Is there some special way to get the balance right ? or it's the wallets problem?

Hi, you probably delete your wallet file.
There are three files created when creating new wallet: xx.keys, xx, xx.address. If you delete one, may cause problem.
If your balance showing 0, use your 25 words or go to setting->Show Seed&keys, copy your 25.
Then "Close wallet" -> "Restore"
You should see your coins after sync.

Pls keep your 25 words in case lost wallet file.

Hi, I finally found the missing file (libcrypto.a) that caused the crush and add to the folder in Windows version.

My windows is a Win10 64 Home in Virtualbox, my Ubuntu is 16.0.4 64 in Virtualbox.
my mac is the most currently MacOS 10.13.3.

The GUI wallets working on some, but showing errors on others in the platforms. Have not found the error.

You can check your Ubuntu platform . Maybe there is 64-bit or 32bit compatibility

The new wallet crashes on two different win10 machines. Message "shangcoin-wallet-gui.exe has stopped working".
This seems to happen when it finishes syncing the chain. Same thing happens if syncing from scratch or using the zipped chain download.
