A lot of fake accounts and users who did not comply with the terms have not been paid.

So total mined coins in Pow phase (without premine) = (500-2)*0.01 + (2999-500)*1 = 4.98 + 2499 = 2503.98 ALTCOM

That is incorrect.
PoW will continue after PoS starts.
Or else the distribution would not be decentralized and I would control everything.
And we can all agree that a single point of failure is bad.
That is why we have chosen to use PoW for distribution as well.
