Imigize project was analyzed by Law&Trust International and GMT legal law firms that focus on IT laws. Based on the Howey test a legal review was handed down that the tokens IMGZ cannot be classified as securities and the Federal securities laws do not apply to the distribution of tokens IMGZ in the United States.  White Paper of the Imigize project refers to the procedures for customer identification (KYC) and anti money laundering (AML).  Wink

Do you want to change the global footwear and clothes market? Don’t you have too big of an ambition? Such a small company sets their sights too high.

We assume that the market itself will change. Our technology is in demand in the market for buyers, as well as sellers and manufacturers. The first ones are done with the inappropriate size of the goods. The second ones are extremely disadvantageous to the constant returns and the production of them to the warehouse. The first launch of the contactless fitting technology on the Russian market showed great interest on the part of stores and enthusiastic reception on the part of buyers. We think that the project will be supported by the market players if it was scaled to the global online market.

We will take an active part in this process, in accordance with our workflow chart But we understand that we cannot do it without the help of other professional teams. And we do not hide that we will cooperate with professionals in all areas related to the achievement of our goal in order to make an online purchase of clothing and footwear guaranteed by the criterion of suitable size, affordable, reliable, comfortable and cheap.

Today’s example. Currently, we are designing the first measuring center project to digitize the internal volume of shoes in the production of major world brands localization in China. Of course, we will need the help of Chinese companies. And we held a number of negotiations with Chinese partners (representatives of the Russian-Chinese Investment Fund (RCIF) and TUS Holding) on joint activities in this regard.

We understand. It’s the sphere of special knowledge and experience. We have such experience from the development of contactless footwear fitting project development. The measurement method is patented. We are now placing our patent in countries with developed online markets such as the US, China and others. Our research allows us to do such measures for clothes. And soon we will place this technology for the public to see.

You say that the online clothing and shoes market is stagnating due to customer’s fear of frequent non-fitting clothes and footwear returns. And at the same time, you are writing about the annual increase up to 10%?

It is obvious that online shopping of clothes and shoes is happening as if “blindly”. Today, every buyer of clothing and footwear online does not know whether it will fit. It’s called “to buy a pig in a poke”. The buyer risks with such purchases. The lack of reliable information about the fitting degree of the goods, frequent cases of purchase of goods that are not in size, creates a negative impression about the online market of clothing and footwear and casts doubt on the idea of virtual sales in this segment.

We are observing the process of market stagnation, compression of consumer traffic to a small flow.

Who buys clothes and shoes online?

We can assume:
1. Newbies, who for the first time got attracted by the purchase of a product that isn't in regular stores or financial benefits of the purchase.
2. Experienced buyers, those who are not afraid to return the non-fitting goods, and who still hope to eventually get what will fit.
3. Professional online shoppers living in big cities who buy on the Internet things that they have chosen and pre-measured in the normal branded stores.
4. And finally, sustainable clients of branded online stores who buy already proven models of clothes and shoes from the pool of familiar brands.

In our opinion, these categories create that small increase in traffic of Internet shops.

But the bulk of Internet users (about 80% of the world population according to statistics) are still wary of buying clothes and shoes online.
Removing the restriction on the guaranteed size selection for online shopping will lead to an avalanche growth in consumer traffic and will lead the most of the sales of clothing and footwear online.

Yes, upon starting the project, we focused not only on own unsuccessful shopping experience on the Internet and the experience of many friends and acquaintances. We began to pump the market and realized that all online stores suffer from the return of the goods due to non–fitting size. During the visits of the international specialized exhibition of shoes, for example, MOSSHOES (Moscow, Russian Federation.) in the 2016,2017, all the sellers and manufacturers of footwear, which we managed to meet, showed interest in our contactless fitting service.  Of all the potential clients we focused on three main players in the Russian online market of shoes: RunLab, Wildberries and Sportmaster. Collectively they occupy at least 70% of the Russian market. The commercial contracts with RunLab (09.02.2010)- the supplier of sports footwear of world brands, Wildberries and Sportmaster: contracts of intentions are signed based on mutual interest.

We have already talked about how the Imigize service Blockchain platform works. There are three modules: blockchain protocol, web infrastructure and analytical data processing service.
All information received from the blockchain protocol, which is a vast amount of data related to sales and purchases of clothing and footwear, will be processed by a specialized analytical data processing service, which will be built on big data and blockchain technologies.

It is known that there are virtual dressing rooms in European and American online stores. What else do you have to talk about the novelty of the solution? What technology do you use to measure shoes and feet?

Briefly on the subject. Approaches to solving the problem in these stores are either not designed for the size selection at all (cases with style fitting, when only the footwear appearance is chosen), or do not have enough data for proper selection (cases with 2D based fittings: footwear inner volume and foot maximum length and width). These measurements are only applicable for some range of soft sports shoes with lacing.

Imigize company uses innovative technological solutions based on the 3D format in the practice of its approach to the measurement of clothing and footwear. The result is the possibility of creating a fully featured three-dimensional model of the inner volume of the measured shoes and the customer's feet. The selection algorithm compares these 3D models with each other and finds the best fit, taking into account the comfort parameters for each customer. This comparison is made by more than 20 parameters, including the height of the lift, the position of all fingers, heels, etc…

I think this is a useless undertaking. The application still does not help to secure the right purchase and the money will be wasted.

It's a little be strange, because we just few day's ago present new version of our application. Did you test it?  Huh

Besides the application we have scanners on shoes shops, which make very accurate 3D model of your feet.

On the other hand we have our partners: Runlab, Wildberries and Sportmaster, which already make integration with our service.
