What happens when your project doesn't hit hard cap?
As long as we hit the soft cap, we have a plan to develop and execute the blockchain technologies and applications in phases based on the amount of funds raised during our ICO sale.

ArcadierX’s Management and Team tokens will be vested over 3 years with 1 year cliff. Advisor tokens will be vested over 12 months with a 6 months cliff, and Community and user growth tokens will be vested over 2 years with 12 months cliff.
Oh that's a pretty long time compared to other projects
Yeah usually project have a 1 year lock only
It's for the better to have a longer vesting period IMO

I definitely like the question, Pao! Our blockchain is an ‘authenticated’ public chain, that can be hosted by anyone. The authentication comprises of soft certification techniques on our participants and a true public blockchain will be developed only when adequate certainty can be obtained on the participants.
If the above condition cannot be met, we may consider implementing a Public Read, Private Write blockchain where anyone can inspect the chain, but only registered parties can modify certain parts of the chain. We will only take this approach if there is enough evidence and user demand to confirm it will assist in increased system usage.
