As far as I know there is no minimum if you contribute with ETH, BTC or LA, the minimum investment applies only to purchases with fiat.

The price of MTRC token is fixed for the duration of token sale and it's 1MTRC= 1/700 ETH + discount applicable according to the phase of token sale.
Hence, no change of ETH/USD affects the price of MTRC token during the sale period.
