There're some projects that try to solve quite similar problem but still have some picularities.

Monetha deals with retail trade in eCommerce.
Populous is an invoice financing auction type platform for merchants.
Debitum is a P2P lending platform for trade enterprises.
And some other less visible.

Meaning that all of them are using smart-contract in trade-related transactions.

Sorry for the late reply. I work with SMEs to import software and servers. Not the best experience with banks or the customs. While customs is a policy matter, a lot of the problems with the banks has to do with not having a proper vehicle for financial transactions.
