When I remember right the first three countries the platform will be operational are UK, Italy + Germany. If so, shouldn't there be first Italian and German as further languages on the platform instead of Chinese and Russian?
That's correct. And we don't change our plans.
However, as it usually happens, there're some fast tracks.
At the same time, english is quite common in Italy and Germany while in China it's still not.

But why they have in road map "product launch" for 2018-2019? What this means? Platform will start work in 2018-19?
It means that the team is strong and competent enough to deliver the results a bit earlier!
Also, it gives us a chance to demonstrate our dedication to the solution delivery to the market!

Without research, you tend to loose money.. so why not sit back and take the time to dive into some whitepapers.
Again, this one is clearly something to follow and possible invest in if they can meet up to their promises.
