No, Modul Trade links various sellers and buyers from around the world. So they don't have products they are selling. They provide a smart contract where these sellers and buyers can interact, conclude contracts.

As regards, to the specs, the company is registered in UK. The expansion is formalized in 3 folds: 3 EU countries, + China, + entire world.

Thank you for challenging this one out. ModulTrade will replace inefficient banking brick and mortar model of today with the highly adequate and super efficient smart-contract that will definitely play out as a surrogate for a standard letter of credit but way far cheaper than it's right now.
As far complexity goes, we introduce 3rd party providers who will submit service proposals on the platform. So the counterparties will have the freedom to choose, subscribe and get what they're really paying for.
