This is a good question and when the money didn't go towards a smart contract there is always a lot more risk involved.

at first glance looks very promising! that something new in the sphere of exchanges, now many exchanges are closed or there are no sense because they do not have innovations
Where do you see closed exchanges? I can't even remember when the last one was shut down. Most of them operate successfully I would say and they will continue to do so.

The public sale will start on the 24th of May, a week after the closing of the pre-sale. There won't be any bonuses during the ICO but today is the last day to get 25% more when contributing to the Pre-Sale.
I have asked the question before, do you guys have any updates concerning the amount raised so far?

The website prefer to accepting Ethereum as buy of tokens. So there you go for get some tokens. Currently price of tokens / Ethereum is : 1112 SPTX. with minimum of purchased is 0.5ETH.
