The project is quite unique from the others but I have confusions. How does the blockchain technology helps to protect billions of consumers all over the world (like us) from dangerous, fake and counterfeit products and drinks (including alcoholic ones)? What is the important or essential part of blockchain there?
You're right this is a unique project but somehow we have some doubts on how it was relate on the blockchain technology. We hope that some dev will answer this concern which I appreciate their advocacy and features that needs our daily consumptions.

The existing software does not use advantages of the distributed ledger. Use of a blockchain gives reliable protection against hacking and also allows to automate operations. A quality is what trending in the economy. In food there is no quality, many fake products, all the minerals are spoiling along with the land due to high usage of chemicals, it ultimately causing health issues. With this launch implementation quality in system will create a revolution which is needed.
Quality is the trend of the economy, a lot fake and unquality goods a produced. Unquality goods breaks very often and people buy an buy new one. But if people will buy poor-quality products they will break there health and will start instead of products buy medicines.

Do they include a team member that is focus on researching food or is a professional about foods? In my opinion, because their project is about food therefore I think they should be needing a food specialist.
I think they are planning to hire professional member that is in the profession in food handling and managing. So we don't need to worry so, therefore, will just keep promoting this project.
Has this project something to do with the recent announcement from WWF about tuna industry transparency using blockchain ?
This is a great project for the benefits of the whole world. I hope for the bettrr success of this project because this project is really promising that shows a very effective solution for the problems encounting by the real world. I am well amazed to the concept of this project regarding the the Food Industry Quality Control System. I hope that the team will continue to make a better progress and developments for the satisfaction of the people around and make a great impact beneficial to us.
