How can this work properly? For Real Estate you need atleast double digit millions investments to buy profitable property and even then which annual return can you expect there?
I'm translating the stuff for Caviar. And translating giving you a chance to be more familiar with the project.
So this project has working model so far. The team and advisors are highly-expirienced in investments and what makes me personally more confident they have SOLID expirience with crypto world!

Caviar is going to operate as dual purpose fund (crypto+real estate) for the reasons of investment diversification.
Diversification of cryptocurrency investments is difficult because most assets are highly correlated.
