I read on the site that residents of America are not allowed to participate in IСO. Is it discrimination, or simply do not want to complicate everything from a legal point of view?

The quality of the image editing is terrible *sorry to say.
That give the impression that the project is not completely promissing.

I think the matter is that the project was opened not long ago, many details were still unfinished. It looks very serious, and the idea itself is interesting.
