And then this gas needs pumping into the current gas pipeline. It is possible to do this only with the use of special high-tech equipment – mobile compression units (MCU). Gazprom doesn’t have such equipment. We have it, but in small quantities, that is not enough to meet all of Gazprom's needs. Therefore, we want to produce these MCUs in the amount of 70 pieces. Only our company possesses the development and the patents. It is not profitable for Gazprom to throw gas into the atmosphere, as this means losing gas and paying environmental fees to the state budget. And our equipment allows saving money for Gazprom and earning 3.8 rubles for each extracted cubic meter of gas for our company! Every year Gazprom throws 1.5 billion cubic meters of gas into the atmosphere!
