Hello, I had contacted the technical team and this is the result: The Tokyo network will be upgraded to provide network enhancements as part of ongoing efforts to provide excellent service and maintain an ideal hosting environment. A device reload may be necessary and some customers may experience brief periods of latency or packetloss while routes are updated across the redundant topology.

The system is running normally at the moment. Can you help me to check and confirm?

I come from US. Actually I don't know when the ICO session is opened. If I buy when the ICO session not opened then the transaction will never be completed.
You should have a signal to show when the ICO session is opening.

I deposited 5 ETH. Then I purchased 3 orders with total of 330CMK. All transactions are waiting (not completed). I cannot cancel those orders and the system is holding my money.
