Hi everyone. It's Vladimir Malyshkin, founder of Illuminates.

Based on the problem with lack of fund to continue the project a year ago I paused the work on it.
We're proficient development and marketing team, but Ukraine not the easy place where from to raise seed funds. Especially due to COVID-19 situation with no ability to make live trips to the conferences to the rich on investors countries.

I did a lot of the efforts to earn money and continue the work on the Relatefacts technology and Illuminates.org service.

Within the year as was predicted by us appeared and declared by us De-Fi solutions, but its only the first small wave of such solutions.

And if you attentively will read the core idea and solution of Relatefacts tech - you will understand that the need in such technology become so high as never before.

I believe that the moment we pass need seed round border in just only about 500 ETH equivalent nothing will stop the world blockhain community adoption of it. Cause we will have enough funds to finish core Relatefacts tech with APIs, finish Illuminates web-service and mobile Dapps, and have some budget for B2b tech sales campaign.

I know that it sound very "loudly" but I really believe that Relatfacts by Illuminates could be as important as Smartcontacts by Ethereum to global blockchain data real  usage adoption step. 

Sorry for all of those who waiting for bounty campaign awards, I deeply appreciate for your help and time, hope this time we will succeed with crowdfunding campaign and with pleasure all promised bounty tokens will be distributed.

Important to know that we didn't take any penny from some one yet, no one was scammed or something like that. There was some investors who had a plan invest earlier, but when we understand that the soft cap will be not reached we didn't allow the investment at all for all others.

In my opinion you should make some patch notes for the platform updates, otherwise people wouldn't have a chance to see the progress.

We have updated Illuminates.org. A lot of new things added so feel free to test it.

In fact the main reason for this, there are no instruments, that allow users to check the ICO's activities from early development to projects spendings after release, for now.
We are solving this issue on Illuminates platform, using Relate facts technology. Every activity, milestone, team member reputation, will be hashed and stored to the blockchain, so contributors will have a chance to track startup progress from its beginning to the end before even make an investment.

this is quite surprising to me, so far I think every  Whitepaper is made by the project team but after reading your article I just found out about the facts. maybe this is one of the reasons why most of the projects in the past year were scam and a lot of shitcoin
