Don't you ask yourself what their incentive is to stay anonymous? I do ask myself that question and most of those teams answer that they do it because of the legal environment. That has become boring though because as long as you comply with the law on a minimum level you don't have to fear to be sent to prison. Why anonymous? What's the reason?
That is the positive reasons why they want to be anonymous, but sometimes some team members also do this to avoid being recognize when they will do some bad things with their project.
