i really hope so too and am also hoping this will not make them loose their customers since they seems really to quite it can make investors think twice

CGM is a global payment gateway adn the customers are most important to them because the customers are the ones who will make the project go successfull so surely they will take care of the customers and also will try to be profitable for the future.

Yes exactly in ico after the team there is an investors who play a very important role. ClickGem needs to make a new bond with investors as well as with supporters. And definitely, the team is again doing very well right now. If they consistently working hard on the project and they will taking care of investors then they will easily become huge successful.

the way i see it they just need to confirm to investors here that they have a standard platform thats ready to move up and beyond and that by actually updating and staying true to investors They need to bring confidence to the people from the way i see it

Don't you ask yourself what their incentive is to stay anonymous? I do ask myself that question and most of those teams answer that they do it because of the legal environment. That has become boring though because as long as you comply with the law on a minimum level you don't have to fear to be sent to prison. Why anonymous? What's the reason?

That is the positive reasons why they want to be anonymous, but sometimes some team members also do this to avoid being recognize when they will do some bad things with their project.

The speed of transactions is really an important point, and if it is instantaneous, it will additionally attract users

Most of all in projects, the transaction speed is appreciated. If it is slow, then what is the point then to run the project, if it is likely that few users will join it.

The official site doesn't work for me one? I haven't received the answer in telegram still. I have perhaps got not to that time zone. I will look forward to hearing from the developer and in hope that a problem only at me.

Staying anonymous is not really good nowadays, a lot of investors have learned a lot since the Bitconnect shutdown. They are also anonymous and they were able to get out easily.

You have a point. For Its more legit for the companies or site if they have a full list information of the team. Like on the LinkedIn profile, KYC, I think that's always a good way to secure both the investors and also for the credibility of the companies.

They are only reacting like this because they are only wanted to avoid being a victim of false and fake projects in this community of crypto currency. So, I guess it is a great move if this project will have the team profile for this to trust more by the people and investors wanted to engage ClickGem.

I agree with your point sir. Eventhough the world of cryptocurrencies are decentralized and anonymous, it's not mean that the dev team of this project will also be anonymous. They need to have identities so that people in crypto world or even investors will satisfy and will have an idea of what kind of people does the dev team have.

Yes, identity of all the team working with the project should be very transparent as from this we can predict the future of the project and also its potential. If a project has good number of experts working with it than it has more chances of becoming successful in the future and also giving huge profits to the investor.

That is really the better idea which is to have a good team of experts so that the development of the platform will have a better results. They also need to be transparent with their clients to at least they have some guarantee that the project is really serious.
