Already invest in this ico, because i believe this coin will have good value for future if big investor coming and invest here. its will be one of big coin, but need real project, active dev and big community.

Any news about value in ico? I cant find info in ICO page.
The value of every Pesobit is 146 satoshi now with more than 23 BTC invested , sure it will increase more , I think you open the ICO page from a mobile phone , I have the same problem , when I open it from my Laptop I watch the price , but it doesn't appear when I open it from my Phone , I don't know the reason .

You can use mozilla firefox android version, you can scroll the page left right, up, down, when the default browser limits your view.  Anyway, I have 100% trust to the dev, they have consulted the community (Philippines Section) about the coin until they decided to launch Pesobit.  I think they  have 100% support of the Filipino Community too, I being one of these supporter.

Thanks Bitfinnese, Yes you're right. Before I decided to start working on this, I asked the community first and see what they had to say. What surprised me is that there are more Filipinos outside bitcointalk who are interested in the project only that they need to be taught on how ICO, Escrow, etc works. So we created articles to simplify things for them and still working on a few more especially when talking to businesses is needed they need to be informed that cryptocurrency is safe, fast and easy to use once you get the hang of it.

Glad to hear alot of people support pesobit, surprise will come if pesobit hit major exchange after launch and thats isn't impossible will happen.
yes, i use chrome for mobile, and thanks i'll try to use mozile firefox.

If it's still unvailable with firefox, try rotating your phone transversely to landscape view. This can help the total ico fund appeared.

Thanks coinhugger for a very clear-minded approach. Well, especially here in the Philippines even when they already know my details some still scheduled a meetup and it happened. I want the people to be confident with what they're getting themselves into. Now we're even scheduled to meetup with some businesses to present how Pesobits work so my identity is surely out there. Hope you'll visit this page next week so we can present ourselves better and with way more details being released.

Thanks for the response, Lutzow. I will definitely check in here frequently and when personal details are released I will invest for sure.

Any idea about what exchange will be listing Pesobit when it's released?

The focus is on Polo and Bittrex, others could be easier due to paid voting like c-cex and cryptopia. We have traders' group here in the Philippines that do active trading in Polo and another one in Bittrex so that's where Pesobit should at least land into. I hope PoSP, low inflation and projects can garner some interest from them to accept Pesobit pairing up with twitter noise that the community can generate.

Ok, I'll have to pass up on this one then. An anonymous project gathering money from non-bitcointalk users who don't know how an ICO works or what escrow is. I guess there's a demographic of people in the Philippines that are in situations of poverty and willing to risk the little they have in hopes of profit.

Best of luck though, I may reconsider if transparent and verifiable team member identification takes place in the future.

You know what, I do not know who is Satoshi Nakamoto. I don't have a linkedin, facebook, or friendster profile of the guy or gal. At least 5 people have been identified but denied being him. 1 is probably falsely claiming to be him. I don't even know if he's Japanese or British. I don't know his work history other than posts on the cypherpunk / crypto mailing lists. The last time he officially posted on this forum was 5~6 years ago.

Of course, that was 7 years ago. Today, I know (not personally) the names of some of the active developers.

There's almost 21 BTC in escrow as of this post (and seems more are coming.) I'm not technically a member of the team, but I do hold all their money. And they're not going to get it until the wallet is launched and live a few days after the ICO, people are trading, and 99% of the participants get their PesoBits... I've got pics too that I can't delete from the internet (however I'm not going to tell you how to find them, go test your google-fu if you are so inclined).

Hi Dabs, I think it's excellent that there's an escrow in place for this project and that you're taking care of that. I don't doubt the coins will be released to the public in order for the team to receive the ICO money. The concern is that when the pre-mined (free) coins are released to investors a team in hiding can run with the money without repercussions. I'm not saying they will, but the option is there. Of course the option of running is still there even if they have made themselves known with accurate personal information. Since for legal purposes the ICO investment is considered a donation there wouldn't be any trouble with authorities if they do run, but they will have to look over their shoulder quite a bit after that to avoid the wrath of potentially angry investors.

I'm not trying to discredit anything that's being done here at Pesobits, in fact I like the concept a lot and I hope the team (whoever they are) will seriously work to indeed release everything promised on the road map. I'm just cautious, that's all. If they come through with everything they have said I will probably regret that I didn't get in sooner.

It's never too late to join. The last day is September. Personally, I would have liked to be invested too, however there would be a conflict of interest. I've already charged 2% not including the transaction fee.

The pre-mined part is only a million for bounties and 3 million held by the devs (essentially, they allocated 15% equivalent of the ICO to themselves, divided amongst them, or 20% if you include the bounties.) At least they were up front about that. 80% will still be held by at least 500 individuals. There is no proof these are separate individuals, but there is very little incentive to create more than one ICO account per person.

A small but good portion of those will have "insider" access to police, military, government or other law enforcement agencies, or are themselves officers. Believe me when I tell you, looking over your shoulder is not a viable option for any amount of money, especially now (new President and all that). Well, not unless the ICO multiplies 10 to 100 times, = 2k or 20k BTC. If that is a consideration, they will have to flee the country, and even swindlers have been caught as far as Malaysia. They would have to hide in the North Pole or something. Dump their PesoBits on some unsuspecting penguins. I am already in the Antartic, a place with no Boovs.

The shift to PoSP will take place within the next 36 hours, after tested successfully, we'll release all the necessary info including the team but I have to check with the recent developer who configured the PoSP if it's ok for his details to be placed in public.
