Another way to consider is for dev to do another fork of the blockchain to create additional 1 million PSB tokens. At current price of 725 sats, that should be enough to cover the costs of listing in exchanges, even if the price drops to 600 sats.
PSB will not ever create coin like this again. If we did create coin like this, price and value would sink very low, and it would not be fair to current PSB holders.
How can you ever be sure that "PSB will not ever create coin like this again"??
They've done it before - create extra 10 million tokens. So why not just do it again? It just 1 million this time.
Its not an easy process. You need to reach out to all users to update their wallets. I got a lot of messages in social media on the process and updating their wallets. Most Pesobit users are in Facebook so that's where I got all the inquiries and even guiding them step by step. And some are still in that process.
As for that extra 10 million, that is a very unfortunate event and something that I wouldn't want to go through again. As much as I'd like to put the work to the guy who developed the Online wallet before, I spent a lot of time answering/explaining to different people how and why. It was a big lesson for me and is something that I'm preventing to happen again no matter how small the amount be. Constant modification/reviews are being done in the back-end to make sure that everything will be working as normal. And since we're coordinating for Pesobit to be fully regulated here in the Philippines by the government, all our database/blockchain transactions will be subject for government review so there's nothing I can hide and the blockchain history is not something we can't edit as well because with simple wallet command you can pull up all the transactions that happened no matter how many are there. And as per Cryptopia's advise, we already submitted the hacking report to New Zealand police so investigation will take place and identities/transactions be released by Cryptopia for those noted PSB address that transferred those huge amounts. No matter the result is though, there's no other option but to push through with the plans.
As for the other exchange listing like Bittrex, we approached them a lot of times already for listing but hasn't gotten their approval yet. My plan for this is to let the ewallet platform be fully utilized for the circulation of Pesobit here in the Philippines. It will bring trading volume to the exchanges which may ultimately open the eyes of the exchanges to include Pesobit due to high trading volume and that include Bittrex and even Poloniex.
Honest. Admirable. Supporting psb, in fact I've already posted a note in our shop that we accept psb payments. Break a leg psb team!
