Why would VISA ever endorse a crypto currency? Crypto aims to REPLACE credit cards and banks to provide more security, quicker transactions, and anonymity.
With that being said, I'll still mine and dump this coin. The only way I can ever see them sending out VISA cards is if you send them BTC or PURE and they buy a VISA gift card for you, lulz.
I think anyone can create their own prepaid debit card system with visa, it isnt that hard. Ultimately you just need to buy prepaid cards, and then fill them with money when customers deposit pure coins. Visa isnt going to be involved that much, all they had to do was ship the devs the customized prepaid cards. Ask yourself this before mining...
