The below is an email that I've sent to [email protected] to encourage them to look at Qubitcoin. Hopefully it makes sense, and if you wanna support this coin everyone should send it also or @krecu you could start some giveaway and for example send 50 q2c to everyone who send an email:

I'm writing to inform you that being the first major exchange to list Qubitcoin would allow BTER to collect transaction fees on another coin and bring increased interest for us. The coin is currently (20.02.2014) trading at 0.000002 BTC / Q2C. People are showing very serious interest in our coin and that we need to reach out to exchanges.

The coin is currently listed on poloniex.com and few smaller exchanges, but their server infrastructure is lacking. We would love for a major altcoin exchange to list Qubitcoin. The demand for the coin is there, but we need another step towards being a major player in the altcoin scene. We are currently petitioning cryptsy to list our coin, but the general consensus among the community is that BTER is better suited because of your superior infrastructure.

Qubitcoin was launched at the beginning of January 2014 and has grown considerably since then. We are working everyday to improve our community and share the idea behind our coin. There was no pre-mine making it fair game for mining and really allowing everyone a chance at early mining. It is secure, using the unique algo with super secure hashing: 5 rounds of hashing  functions (luffa, cubehash, shavite, simd, echo) . With 248 million Q2C coins to ever be generated, there is the sense of value in each coin.

You can find more information at q2c.cc and on our bitcointalk.org thread (https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/annq2c-qubitcoin-new-secure-hashing-cpugpu-new-update-0841-411065).

If you have further questions, we can be reached on the forums, or through email.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

The transaction is too large in bytes, not coins.
This is because you probably mine on a p2pool, that gives you many relatively small payouts.
When you send coins, your wallet  take some of your small payouts (transaction inputs) to make the total to send to the receiver, then it builds the transaction and broadcasts it. It fails here.
You need to send a small enough number of coins so that you don't have to sum hundreds of payouts.
It's like your trying to pay 100$ in 10cents coins, and the receiver refuses it because it weights too much.

Newer version of (bit|lite|...)coin handle big blocks and big transactions better, but these small differences between older and newer clients caused the bitcoin and docecoin chain forks.

To speed up the sending of bigger sums, use the rpc console and send coins using rpc commands. Type help there.

Why can I not send large amounts of my Q2C?

It freezes and says "Transaction too large" even when I only try to send 500, 1000, 2000, 5000... etc.

Maybe u tried to send ad example 500.000000 . Try 500.00 Smiley

I just simply type in 5000 and it tries to send, but does not. Even if I change it to cQ2C or mQ2C with the decimal point in the correct place it still freezes for a second then says, "Transaction too large"

This has happened to me before...
Try again by further lowering your transfer amount

As I already said we should collect qubits and pay cryptsy to add as on their exchange.

would be enough that a few pumpers buy the 5 million sell q2c in poloniex (at market price now is 10 BTC investment?) and the fu@kin q2c cube arrive on the moon (+500%?)  Wink Grin

Halving is soon that will push the price
Everytime I read it and everytime laugh. There aren't huge trade volumes, so why the price should go up?

why did the price go up after the previous halving .. with the same volume per 24/h ?
It didn't. You just dreaming, dude. If someone bought at 300 with 1-2 BTC - it's not HUGE FLY TO THE MOON. We saw growing from 180 to 200. And that's all for now.
