The current block reward is 38 Bitcrystals ? But op says from block 30,000 you get 100 BitCrystal .

please download again the wallet i have added a new batch file bitcrystal_bootstrap_update.bat and in linux bitcrystal_bootstrap_update.sh.
So can any new user execute this file and have automatically the newest blocks so can fast joined to the bitcrystal network.

added createandaddmultisigaddressex command here a example so you can can create and add direct a multisignature account
and a another example with use of public keys:
and added automatically bootstrap updater when you started the batch start_bitcrystal_wallet.bat. He downloaded and installed for you the newest available blocks by using of the newest bootstrap file.

and my exchange is not shit... When you have idea of how difficult it is to develop a working exchanger then you'd know something estimate. For example the original zelles exchange service worked not properly until today....
