The problem isnt the people not unstanding, the problem was your webcountdown, wich is probably based on computer settings of the users.

So for me it has already been 23.00 but for you it hasnt, so you didnt see the problem yourself.
I would suggest to create a new countdown on a different site that is based on a time standard and not on computer time.

I think I was wrong... Dev confirmed a Counter and it says for me 10 Minutes, but this is my local time... dev said 11pm California Time, now in California is 2.50pm so result is 8 HRS 10 MIN
