What does multi-transaction mean? Does it mean i can send tokens to different addresses within one transaction? Please help clarify.

In regards to the IBM partnership, does that mean you are working directly with them? 
Partnership can be in differents way. Anyway if we have more and more partnerships then Rays Network will have only prosperity!

100k Transaction per Second and its free, interesting to see the development of projects like this, if we look at the past, many claim to have transactions faster than Bitcoin, but fail.
Adoption and usability is important factor in this universe otherwise it will remain unnoticed and will die. If team will get succeed to raise awareness and big companies will show their interest to integrate their business on this network than it could survive.

Definitely going to be interesting to see how this pans out. It honestly looks like the team is having a lot of success partnership wise so they must have a pretty good exec team. Definitely one to keep an eye on, I will be anyway.

Can bounty manager answer me if really bounty will be till 31 of December???
Take a look their last point on their general rules :
• Bounty program will end at the same closing time of the token sale. Token sale end is TBD.

i don't think they have announced their public sale exact date,
"Main-sale will be on dec 2018"

This project just improves all the bad parts of almost every other blockchain. From transactions per second, to ease of use, to real world usage scenarios, zero transaction fees and also digital ID usage, instead of private keys, all of the above look like a recipe towards success end evolution.

Liked the idea of DPoS and it's privacy algorithm to reach community. Scalability and interoperability are still issues with the main blockchain protocols currently used.
If IBM is partnered with RAYS at this early stage then this ptoject will be better than EOS, NEO etc... This project needs attention

Instead of finding by ourselves why can't we wait for the update from the company, even i searched in many other places and they didn't mention anything about the exact date for the crowdsale.

how to develop your project, is it fun? enthusiasm for the team in promoting this project to be known by many people, i will wait for the latest news from you as soon as possible.
This is absolutely not a fun project and is a very challenging one. Its really a disrupting concept and idea. Well, the team is able to send RAYS from one wallet to another wallet. They are claiming to complete the technology ahead of their road map.
