You should have set auto payout.
I set before, my last operation in the pool is trying to change auto-pay threshold to small value, but it failed, then I can not login now

My wallet is not synching. Still 8 hours behind after 4 hours of synching.

Agree, as i mentioned: Last two days, everyday there was a high:11satoshi and a low:5 satoshi.I guess nobody wants to put them away at 4-5 satoshi. At least i won't do that.
Another good thing is it will deter IPO2 investors so IPO1 investors get more.
