Usually projects has many restrictions regarding to people who can participate in project and buy coins, are there any countries where use is restricted in your case?

Yea, true, it is a delay in listing process, but it will be realised as soon as possible. Project tam will inform you when the process will be done. So just need to wait a little and be more patient
