From the IP you can figure out the ISP, and where they're located.
Have You ever thought about the fact that an American, African, European can buy hosting anywhere (also in China) - it is called internet.And If I ever wanted to do something bad, I would select an ISP in Cuba, Iran, China, etc. - the IP does not mean a lot right now.
Just an educated guess, not sure how else he could figure that out unless the hacker e-mailed him to brag or something.

I'm just saying but people with weak mining hardware better mine something else and buy cheap ric in exchange, coz now really insanely cheap..cost only under 1.30$ and could cost more then 5$. Just look to diff and how many miners that coin have and u can guess what future for this coin.
So , what is the future for this coin? Again to the moon? That place is going to be soo crowded

i willing to risk, and holding my coins and still buying (exchanging my other coins which i getting from mining) under 0.002.. With the target for next week 0.004, if BTC not gonna die after goxageddon..It has survived two goaxgeddons , it won't kill it this time. But the price , that is a totally different matter
