So how do I add the ANS address that I got from the ICO? I'm getting an error when I just rightclick in the wallet and want to add my private key.

Have anshares been distributed in mainnet.
When i claimed my antshares i got a message
I could understand it's English.
What does it mean? Mainnet has been launched. Right ?
Also I'm unable to use the android app as it is fully in Chinese.
You should have taken care of English speakers.
I know app is not released yet. But still, translation to English was not a big task.

Nevermind, just read a few pages back and saw that apparently tomorrow it will show the balance. Thanks folks.
Windows client is the purest form of the Antshares wallet, you will be running kinda like a full node of what is in Bitcoin.
With web/app wallets you get a light node, it's different.
So please make sure of everything esp. remember the passwords and securely store the private key.
Regarding bounty guys: Now you get what you need to generate an ANS address, the rest had been told. (actually a little while longer our team is very busy this week for biz-wise we got a lot to do)

My import privkey on antshares core is grayed out and cannot import my porivkey is anyone having this problem.

guys it's similar to bitcoin you have to create a new wallet first....
About that.
I press "New wallet" but it needs me to browse my computer for a file. Does this mean I have to create something like "ANS.dat" and then make that the wallet file?

you can choose a location to store your wallet file, and pick whatever name you like it to be.

I imported my private key, I see my account, but I don't see my balance. why?
tomorrow, it's been generated, just wait for the mainnet to stabilize.
also you need to confirm the blockchain is synchronized (of course it is since the block height is very low for now)
