No doubt that bter will add you, maybe yunbi will do it as well. The most challenge is btc38, do you know their ceo? If yes, easy mission.
While i don't discriminate against nobody. You should probably use one of the more reputable exchanges they get listed to over the first one you mentioned. With a team as large as there i'd say they have some swing to get listed on many of the top exchanges. I would like to trade at poloniex and with there 25 delisted coins this has a great shot at it.
