We have repeatedly explained this 50m would be held by a smart contract upon the mainnet launch.
And they'll be LOCKED for at least one year.
After that, a max.15m could go into circulation per year.
And, it's NOT FOR the dev team, either.

It's always frustrating when details of a project originating in China reaches Bitcointalk long after launch so I appreciate the international launch. We won't speak of that first ICO of course.

Seeing how the ICO is going, it's going to be even higher.
