As for the websites, we do have a maintenance several hours ago disabling people from accessing the websites.

It is based on the current BTC raised. Our ICO price is determined by the market. That price is the price you'll get based on the current status if you join our ICO.
Calculation formula: ANS/RMB price = all valid BTC investment denoted in RMB / 20,000,000

We've already finished the first ICO last year and this ICO is the second one and the last one.
After this ICO there is still 50m ANS and those will be used to build the Antshares ecosystem and gain partners. We expect the dev team to hold 10%-20% in the long term.

Yes. You can use our client software with the antshares address and private key generated in this ICO and those will be good on the mainnet too.
But our client software is still in Chinese. Hopefully the software will be in English shortly. The mainnet web app will be bilingual.
