, 100,000,000 so we can maybe expect 200sats, so 3,000,000 IPO, would make 6BTC, if there is ONLY 1BTC for example for the IPO then you are talking about a price of 34sats or so, and this will really make this coin interesting.... also there is no indication that she (as it looks like it is a she). I DEMAND PICTURES!!! 
is a cheater or a scammer.As i said, would like to see a real escrow handling the BTC account so that is some safetynet for us and then it is up to our marketing girl to make the differences

Yes, THEY ALL STOLE IT FROM ME!!!! But CIV was a big failure!!! Just copying a coin doesn't work, you need to have some skills too... So lets see and wait for ROM.

LOL.... I would have to pass on the escrow offer. It would be a clusterfuck of PMs and back and forth till the launch and after. But I wouldn't trust just any guy to hold on to an escrow fund. Give them enough incentive to run and and they will. So I would recommend a trusted member of the forum who is on the default trust list. Anon136, escrow.ms, tomatocage are all the first names tht pop up into my head. There are many more that I'm forgetting for sure. They're all very reliable and would be advantageous to use as escrows because these are all known to almost all the people here in this community and investors all feel safe handing over their money to them.

What will happen when only a few people put money on the BTC account? For example when you only receive .10BTC, will all the IPO coins go to him? or will you cancel the IPO coins that were not bought? I hope it will be the first. Putting .10BTC at risk for 3,000,000 coins out of a 100,000,000 coin. Then i will just promote it like crazy and earn big money
The IPO coins will not be cancelled. So if nobody buy in for IPO then all those coins will go to Pre-mine, if one person put in 0.10BTC then he will receive all the coins (if he was the only person invested in IPO)
Rules :
Nobody pay for IPO -> 3,000,000 will be added for pre-mine
One person pay for IPO (it doesn't matter what amount) -> ALL coins will go to him
Two persons pay for IPO -> All coins will be split over those 2 persons based on the % that they own on the total deposit BTC amount.

Already a few people message me to help out setting up a block explorer, etc. I'm a student of 28 years old (female, if it matters) and i'm working in marketing. I've been in contact with bitcoins a few months ago, after i was reading a article about mtgox. At that moment i said, a lot of people lost their money, and that is sad, so i've created this coin to show to the world that not everybody is a cheater or so.
A logo is currently being created by someone.
Maybe it is a shitcoin, but my mother always told me, my dear, just try it and you will never know what happens....
Is there any particular reason why you are not willing to use an escrow for the IPO? Especially when you are offering a too good to be true offer?

Indeed....the 10% permanent yearly is not that high... we have a lot other coins that give the same return. The weekly % looks like Yellowcoin and it didn't destroy yellowcoin.actually too much premine/ipo
